Abstract

Signcryption is a novel cryptographic primitive. In this work, by combining ring signature with ID-based signcryption , we build a security model of anonymous signcryption and have proposed an ID-based anonymous signcryption scheme based on the bilinear pairings to adapt to the anonymous setting. And we prove that our proposed scheme is secure and satisfies the confidentiality and unforgeability. By comparison our scheme with the other two schemes, we show that our scheme is more efficient in terms of computational cost and the length of ciphertext.
