Abstract

This work tackles the design and development of interface agents present in a flexible transportation system devoted to the planning, scheduling and control of passenger trips. In particular, the agent-oriented software engineering methodology (AOSE) PASSI was used. The interface agents devoted to interaction with customers and drivers are explained in detail and their prototypes are shown. The present work gives continuity to previous research in the field of transportation services and agent systems design.
