Abstract
In this paper, based on the comprehensive analysis of various influencing factors, we adopt fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to quantitatively analyze the reasonability of tuition of regular higher education by Region in China for the phenomenon of high tuition now, and then the reasonabilities of tuition are sorted. Finally, take the case of the tuition of 2006 by Region in Chinese regular higher education , the detailed evaluation results are given.
