Abstract

Professor Wolfgang Prinz, PhD studied informatics at the University of Bonn and received his PhD in computer science from the University of Nottingham. He is deputy head of Fraunhofer FIT in Bonn, division manager of the Collaboration systems research department in FIT, and Professor for cooperation systems at RWTH Aachen.

He is carrying out research in the area of Cooperative Systems, Social Web and Pervasive Games. He participated in and managed several national research and international research projects and he is currently coordinator of a large European research project on collaborative work environments.
