Abstract
Due to the lateral gene transfer, the phylogenetic tree may be inadequate for representing the evolution of Influenza A (H1N1) virus. This work employs the distance invariant manifold [3] to display the collection of influenza A (H1N1) genes in a cubic space. This space provides a global view of the evolution of the virus vividly.
