  • Chapter
Book cover Algorithms Unplugged

Abstract

Bin packing is a so-called “online” problem, the parameters become known only little by little. In this chapter the authors want to move and they want to use as few boxes as possible to pack their stuff, but they haven’t yet decided which things they want to move and which they want to throw away.
