Abstract
In this paper the innovative methodology based on image/video processing techniques for objective measurements of QoE (Quality of Experience) dedicated for mobile terminals is presented. The proposed methodology has been used to evaluate WWW services offered by mobile operators in Poland. The clear advantages of applying image processing techniques to such a task are objectiveness of the methodology and independence of the underlying network infrastructure.
