Semantic Constraint-Based XML Updating

Abstract

In this paper, we propose a novel semantic constraint based XML updating. In XML updating, we consider pair-wise-close semantics for ordered XML documents. Further, how semantic constraints can be incorporated with integrity constraints for XML updating and XML view updating are discussed.
