Quadratic Order Optimality Conditions for Extremals Completely Singular in Part of Controls

Abstract

We consider an optimal control problem which is linear in one part of control variables and nonlinear in the state and another part of control variables. For an extremal in this problem, we propose necessary and sufficient optimality conditions of some quadratic order.
