Abstract

In this paper, we introduce the decoder, the central component of speech recognition system, and develop a computer program for dynamic time warping. Use this program to compute the time-warping cost between the sequences “essalam,” spoken twice by the same speaker and “hörmetlik,” also spoken by the same speaker, using the former as reference sequence.
