Abstract
The DeustoTech-Life research group at University of Deusto is developping a health monitoring system. This system is intended to make life easier not only for the elderly but also for people with chronic diseases, providing a way of keeping daily records of biomedical measurements The main aim of this work is to promote the standardization and interoperability of this kind of applications, because recent projects do not meet the standard perfectly. The proposal is to develop the ZigBee Cluster Library to achieve this aim so that the devices can be interoperable and standards. The results will be the development of a fully interoperable health monitoring system and the design of new ZCL compliant health devices.
