Abstract
QFD is a customer demand-driven design, how to make decisions on consumer demand is the key to QFD. This paper proposes a QFD based on rough set theory requirement decision of consumers in the new method overcomes the traditional fuzzy set theory and the evidence of lack of prior knowledge needed. By building decision-making system to calculate the different needs of the impact on consumer satisfaction, come to an important degree of each demand and the demand reduction order. Example studies have shown that the proposed method is simple and effective.
