Abstract

With electronic commerce’s development, more requirements lie in making the appropriate choice of logistics modes. At the same time of the guarantee of the organic integration between both different entity’s transaction completion and electronic means, so it’s imperative for the synchronization of goods flow, information flow and cash flow. As advanced in specialization and socialization, CL should become the best logistics solution based on electronic commerce (EC). During implementing cooperative logistics, we must do the following: to improve supply-chain management via the erection of the thinking about centralized customer service; to enlarge the scale of logistics industry via the construction of specialized system; to construct soft environment for logistics successive development via legal institutions and strength of environmental protection.
