Abstract
In recent years, as the rapid increase undergraduate colleges in China, newly-established colleges are in a developmental period with opportunities and challenges. The original kind of small and specialized extensive management mode has exposed its shortcomings. In order to survival in the field of higher education, new-established colleges should find a breakthrough in management systems, and deeply reflect the existing management system.
