Abstract
Personalized learning system can provide better service for learners in e-learning. The flexible collaborative learning model is proposed with personalized teaching materials, learning strategies and grouping according to learner characteristics. The formal description of learner model is given, flexible collaborative learning model is designed, and the algorithm of flexible collaborative grouping and flexible collaborative strategies is generated.
