Abstract
This paper firstly proposed a new model of web-based self-access English learning. In this new model, the three points of classroom teaching, self-access center and students’ independence online English learning are integrated into one systematic unit. This can new model enables students do their own autonomous learning and get their teachers’ support if necessary. Then in the paper, the writer did an empirical study and proved that this new model can significantly improve students learning effects.
