Abstract

It intended that tacit knowledge in the movie that records expert nurses’ skill is changed into explicit knowledge in practice nursing fields. Then we used the system that knowledge could be discovered and shared cooperatively in the organization based on the SECI model. We performed experiments with 1,718 nurses who gave feedback in a video-usage Web system with the bulletin board as for Social Networking Service to confirm whether this system is effective to the discovery of practical knowledge. As a result, we report that on the effect that the nursing practical knack was able to be detected in the collaborative work.
