Competency Based Human Resource Management Reform in Undergraduate Teaching

Abstract

Since the selection of training mode is decided by the market demand, undergraduate education should be closely identified with the market demand for talent education content and methods. This paper has studied on the early competencies of human resources management factors on the basis of structural equation modeling to analyze the factors that influence the level of competence so as to make clear the market demand of the undergraduate training of human resources management, based on which it presents the idea of changing the traditional knowledge-giving teaching mode into a competency-training mode, and case learning, situational training, scheme design of human resource management are discussed as part of the undergraduate teaching improvement research.
