Abstract

Based on the demand and a deep analyses into the background and subjects of the E-government system, a functional structure is born with the SSH integrated application framework, leading to a dramatic decrement on costs and a rocketing improvement on development efficieny.During the process of system implementation, three popular technologies have been adopted , which pave a solid technical foundation for the electronic government affairs system with a characteristics of a better safety, a broader utilization, convenience and a flexible extendibility. Among all the three technologies, Ajax combined with CA identification is used to achieve Single Sign On (SSO), so that login with strong safety and flash speed is guaranteed. The open-source technologies ——Lucene and Nutch are also involved to realize the searching functionality within both database context and Web inter-system. In addition to that, the handwritten notation active technology is made use of to ensure notation and signature by hand.Since its release, several districts and counties have witnessed the system’s success, which is now progressing rapidly towards the surrounding area.
