Stochastic Frontier Analysis for New Venture’s Innovation Performance

Abstract

Innovation performance is an important indicator that examines if the new venture has the foreseeable future of development during the growing process. With SFA and the sample–historical data of 24 new establishment of 6-8 years start-ups, innovation performance of which were measured and analyzed and the variation of innovation performance and its influencing factors were also be found. The paper provides practical advice for robust growth of the new venture.
