Abstract

This paper discusses how to make preparations & take part in ACM International Collegiate Programming from a practical viewpoint of under graduates. The capacity and the necessity for such types of competitions in universities will be addressed. ACM-ICPC provides an efficient way to train young professionals to combine learning practices with programming skills. Through such program, learning practices, training experiences, real difficulties and problems are discussed.
