Mathematic Modeling of Reactor’s Temperature Mode of Multiloop Pyrolysis Plant

Abstract

The paper considers the synthesis of mathematical model of temperature mode of multiloop pyrolysis plant’s (MPP’s) reactor as a complexed control object with distributed parameters. The results of computer simulation as diagrams of transient processes of different points heating of multiloop pyrolysis plant reactor’s workspace are obtained on the basis of developed model. The analysis of simulation results for different temperature modes confirms the adequacy of the mathematic model of the reactor to real processes. The developed model can be used for synthesis of automatic control systems of the MPP’s reactor heating temperature.
