Abstract
SignAssess is a web-based e-learning resource for online sign language training assignments simultaneously accessible to desktop and mobile applications. SignAssess was developed to meet the sign language training industry need for an e-learning standard-based online video assignment solution compatible with Course Management Systems and not reliant on local user media recording or storage resources instead to include browser-based media recording and remote storage of content streamed to users on demand.
