Abstract

This paper is intended to propose the MFP process for the analysis of software requirement. There are many difficulty factors that cause the elicitation of requirement problems during software development. Also, using personnel factors, we understand associated relation between scenario and stakeholder. So when we archive correspond project, we can forecast cause of defect and prepare to solve defect by using MFP process. This paper proposes the structure of scenario and stakeholder that improvement of customer’s satisfaction at the stage of software requirement.
