Abstract
This research from the health resources in terms of demand angle, analyse according to the allocation of resources situation, and configuration of the problems that exist, use of internet technology and to establish a collection and dissemination of health resources information network platforms. For the formulation of regional health planning and optimizing the allocation of resources may be provided the reference.
