Abstract
This paper studies channel-based agent communication in terms of dynamic epistemic logic. First, we set up two sorted syntax which can deal with not only each agent’s belief but also agents and channels between them. Second, we propose a context-sensitive ‘inform’-action operator whose effectivity always assumes the existence of channel between agents. Its context-sensitivity can be achieved by downarrow binder from hybrid logic. Third, we provide complete Hilbert-style axiomatizations for both static and dynamic parts of our logic.
