Zusammenfassung
In dem Beitrag wird eine dreistufige vollautomatische Methode für die Segmentierung der lumbalen Bandscheiben in MRT-Daten vorgeschlagen. Diese besteht aus der Detektion der Wirbelsäule mittels horizontaler Symmetrietransformation, Lokalisierung der Bandscheiben durch ein lokales Schwellwertverfahren und Konturverfolgung kombiniert mit einer Graphsuche zur endgültigen Segmentierung. Die Leistungsfähigkeit des entwickelten Verfahrens wird anhand des Vergleichs mit einer manuellen Segmentierung eingeschätzt.
