Kurzfassung
Für die Visualisierung, Korrekturplanung und Navigation von Frakturen sind präzise Computermodelle der Knochenfragmente erforderlich. Zwar stellt die Segmentierung knöcherner Strukturen aus CT-Daten im Allgemeinen kein Problem dar; gerade bei Frakturen stehen aber häufig die einzelnen Fragmente in direkten Kontakt miteinander, wodurch eine automatische Separierung der Fragmente während des Segmentierungsprozesses erschwert wird. Es wird ein auf Graph-Cuts basierender Segmentierungsalgorithmus vorgestellt, mit dem es möglich ist, Knochenfragmente mit direktem Kontakt mit geringer Nutzerinteraktion semiautomatisch, effizient und optimal zu separieren.
