Zusammenfassung
Obwohl sich die Forschung seit langem intensiv mit optischen Meßverfahren zur Gewinnung komplexer, dreidimensionaler Daten (z.B. Position, Form) befaßt, haben die meisten Verfahren nach wie vor den Nachteil, daß sie rechenaufwendig und wenig robust sind oder teure Sensorhardware benötigen. Im Rahmen des SiVCAT- Projektes (‘Si mple V ision Systems for C omplex A ssembly T asks’) suchen wir nach neuen Ansätzen: Durch Kombination von Vorwissen und Techniken zur Sensorplanung sollen mit einfachen und robusten Messungen komplexe Informationen gewonnen werden. Die „Intelligenz“ des Sensorsystems verlagert sich dabei von einer aufwendigen Datenauswertung hin zu einer sorgfältigen, aufgabenorientierten Planung der Messung. Dieser Artikel veranschaulicht einen solches Vorgehen am Beispiel von 3D-Lagemessungen. Wenn die Form und der ungefähre Aufenthaltsbereich des Werkstückes bekannt sind, können alle sechs Freiheitsgrade mit einer einzelnen Lichtschnittmessung bestimmt werden.
