Zusammenfassung
Es wird ein System vorgestellt, das einen mobilen Serviceroboter in die Lage versetzt, Personen visuell zu detektieren und mittels Kamera- und Fahrbewegungen zu verfolgen. Die Detektion basiert auf einer Kombination von Farb-, Bewegungs- und Konturinformation. Ein Stereoverfahren zur Gewinnung von Tiefendaten ermöglicht eine Lokalisation der Person im dreidimensionalen Szenenraum. Der daraus ermittelte durchlaufene Pfad der vorangehenden Person wird ebenso für die Navigation herangezogen wie eine über Abstandssensoren gewonnene lokale Umgebungskarte, mit Hilfe derer stationäre und dynamische Hindernisse umgangen werden können.
