Zusammenfassung
Computergestützte Atlas-Systeme werden in der digitalen Bildverarbeitung benutzt, um einen Vergleich von (i) Bilddaten verschiedener bildgebender Systeme wie der Magnet Resonanz Tomographic (MRT), der Positronen Emissions Tomographic (PET) oder der Computer Tomographic (CT) zu ermöglichen als auch den Vergleich von (ii) verschiedenen Individuen einer bildgebenden Modalität. Hierfür ist es erforderlich, die Bildvolumina auf ein Referenzsystem zu transformieren, um die unterschiedliche Orientierung, Größe und individuelle Form räumlich zu normieren. Am Beispiel menschlicher Gehirne wird ein System vorgestellt, um die morphologische, funktionelle, makround mikrostrukturelle Information linear [1-5] und nichtlinear [6] in ein gemeinsames Referenzsystem zu überführen.
