Zusammenfassung

Die MR-Mammographie ist eine sehr sensitive Methode zur Erkennung von Brustkrebs. Dabei wird das Anreicherungsverhalten von Kontrastmittel in dem Gewebe mit Hilfe der Bildgebung verfolgt. Die Auswerteprogramme, die von den unterschiedlichen Kernspintomographenhersteller angeboten werden, sind jedoch zur Untersuchung dynamischer Bildserien häufig nur begrenzt geeignet. Deshalb wurde die SoftwareMeiji entwikkelt, die für den Anwendungsfall der MR-Mammographie zugeschnitten ist.Meijiliest Daten im DICOM 3.0 Format, so lassen sich die Aufnahmen direkt vom Tomographen zur Auswertesoftware senden. Die Software ist in Java implementiert, so kann sie auf unterschiedlichen Plattformen - auch preisgünstigen PCs - verwendet werden.
