Zusammenfassung

Für eine computerunterstützte oder automatisierte Diagnose auf dem Gebiet der medizinischen Bilddatenverarbeitung sind zuverlässige Konturfindungsalgorith-men in vielen Fällen eine unabdingbare Voraussetzung. Die vorliegende Arbeit beschreibt eine nichtlineare Gradientenmethode, die charakteristische, statistische Abhängigkeiten von Grauwert und lokalen Grauwertänderungen an Konturelementen berücksichtigt. Demonstriert wird das Verfahren bei der Konturfin-dung von Zellkern- und Zytoplasmagrenzen in der Zellbildanalyse und bei der Organgrenzfindung in Myokardszintigrammen.
