Die Gesellschaft für Mathematik und Datenverarbeitung (GMD), St.Augustin, plant für die nächsten 5–7 Jahre die Durchführung eines Forschungs- und Entwicklungsprogramms mit dem Namen ‘Textkommunikation’. Das Programm soll der öffentlichen Verwaltung Orientierungshilfen für die Einführung neuer informationstechnisch gestützter Kommunikationsformen geben und theoretisch sowie empirisch gestützte Konzepte erarbeiten.
