Abstract

Recent development in communication networks, such as ARPA, CYCLADES, EIN or TRANSPAC, allows the exchange of information between computers and the conception of distributed applications. In this area, distributed database management systems-DDBMS- constitute an example and many works have been undertaken, among which ADD, POREL, POPLYPHEME and SDD-1.
