Zusammenfassung

Die europäische Software-Industrie braucht Normen für eine bessere Marktdurchdringung und fortgeschrittene Software-Entwicklungsmethoden zum Erhalt ihrer Konkurrenzfähigkeit. Die ESL-Studie (European Systems Language) kam zu dem Ergebnis, dass Ada für einen wichtigen Marktbereich brauch-bare Basis für die Erreichung beider Ziele ist.
