Zusammenfassung

Im Bereich der Modellierung räumlicher geometrischer Objekte ist es üblich, deren Oberflächen in analytisch anspruchsvoller Weise, z.B. in Parameterdarstellungen nach Coons oder Bézier, zu beschreiben. Gleichzeitig besteht aber auch ein Bedarf, innerhalb solcher Flächen detaillierte Analysen von geometrischen bzw. differentialgeometrischen Sachverhalten vorzunehmen. Dabei spielen Höhenlinien, Schnitte und Linien konstanter Differentialparameterwerte eine wichtige Rolle für die Veranschaulichung.
