Abstract
Dealing with Computers and their utilization we are faeing an outstanding phenomenon in the history of science and technology. In less than 4 decades of Computer age Computers have been universally recognized and diffused in many fields up to such traditionally non-mathematical spheres as medicine, biology, philology. The process of their development was strikingly fast and now we are discussing not individual computers but mostly computer complexes, Computing systems and Computer networks.
