Zusammenfassung
Die Phase der Anforderungsanalyse soil sowohl dem Systementwickler ein Bild der von ihm zu lösenden Aufgabe geben, als auch demjenigen, der die Anforderungen stellt, helfen, seine eigenen Vorstellungen klar zu fassen.
Während sich bisherige Ansätze vorwiegend dem ersten dieser beiden Teilprobleme widmeten, wird hier ein Weg gezeigt, der neben der schrittweisen Bewältigung von Komplexität auch eine schrittweise Bewältigung von Ungenauigkeit gestattet. Dies wird im Rahmen der Strukturellen Modellierung am Beispiel der Komponentenschnittstellen gezeigt. Im Rahmen der behavioristischen Modellierung, der ja für Prozeßdatenverarbeitungssysteme besondere Bedeutung zukommt, zeigen wir die Bewältigung von Unschärfe am Ereignisbegriff.
