Zusammenfassung
Ein ergonomischer Gestaltungsschwerpunkt bei modernen Fahrzeugführungssystemen ist die Auslegung der Schnittstelle zwischen Operateur und technischem System, d. h. die Gestaltung des Informationsflusses zwischen Mensch und Maschine. Sie erfordert die Kenntnis der technischen Prozesse, des Operateur-Arbeitsprozesses sowie der Wechselwirkungen zwischen beiden. Die technischen Prozesse sind als Grundlage der technischen Konstruktion beim Entwurf eines Systems immer bekannt. Der Arbeitsprozeß aber läßt sich häufig in den ersten Systementwurfsphasen nur schwer bestimmen, weil die Aufgaben des Operateurs zu diesem frühen Zeitpunkt oft noch nicht klar umrissen werden können.
