Abstract
The paper presents distributed software development environment DDS (Distributed Development System), It therefore describes first the software development methodology that is enforced by the system it explains the components of the system and discusses the communication architecture of the system.

Das vorliegende Papier beschreibt die verteilte Softwareentwicklungsumgebung DDS (Distributed Development System). Es enthält zunächst eine Beschreibung der Softwareentwicklungsmethodologie, die durch die Benutzung der verteilten Entwicklungsumgebung erzwungen wird, es beschreibt die Komponenten des Systems und diskutiert die Kommunikationsarchitektur des Systems.
