Zusammenfassung

Zu den Konzepten zur Unterstützung des Abstraktionsprozesses im Rahmen der konzeptionellen Modellierung zählt neben Klassifikation, Generalisation und Assoziation auch die Aggregation, also die Vereinigung von Komponenten zu einem Objekt höherer Ordnung. Die Anwendung der Aggregation auf Aktivitäten/Prozesse verlangt Synchronisationsmaßnahmen innerhalb der Objekte. Sie ermöglicht es, alternative Modell-auslegungen im Rahmen der Experimentierumgebung festzulegen und befreit den Benutzer von — bei komplexer Modellogik notwendiger — Abstraktionsarbeit.

Summary

The tools of conceptual modeling include classification, association and aggrenation. Aggregation is the combination of components to form a more complex type. In this paper aggregation is applied to discrete event simulation processes and the resulting synchronisation is treated. Using aggregation in the discrete event simulation modeling environment enables to define models in a descriptive way and to include alternative system confiourations within the experimental frame.
