Selbsttätige Fehlererkennung und Modellanpassung bei der Simulation

Zusammenfassung

Parallel zum Prozeßbetrieb arbeitende on-line Simulationen erfordern eine ständige Aktualisierung des Simulationsmodells. Nach einer Prozeßveränderung muß unabhängig von überlagerten Prozeßstörungen eine sichere und schnelle Modellanpassung erfolgen. In dieser Arbeit wird eine selbsttätige Erkennung von Parametervariationen vorgestellt, mit der eine gezielte Anpassung des Simulationsmodells erfolgen kann.

Summary

On-line simulations working parallel to the real process require a permanent adaption of the simulation model. After a variation of the process the adaption of model parameters must be certain and fast, independent of the superposed process noise. In this paper an automatically recognation of parameter variations is suggested, which allows an optimal adaption of the simulation model.
