Simulation Eines Ungeregelten Pulsatilen Modelles des Herzkreislaufsystems

Zusammenfassung

Es wird ein mathematisches Modell des Herzkreislaufsystems vorgestellt, welches die Pulsatilität berücksichtigt. Das Modell wird ausgehend, von einem nichtpulsatilen Mittelwertmodell entwickelt. Der Entwurf eines pulsatilen Kreislauf-modelies ist für die Untersuchung hämodynamischer Einflüsse beim Totalherzersatz und bei den verschiedenen Unterstützungsmethoden (Linksherz-, Rechtsherz- und Biventrikuläre Herzunterstützung) von besonderem Interesse. Darüber hinaus ist ein pulsatiles Herzkreislaufmodell auch für physiologische, sportphysiologische und klinische Fragestellungen von Bedeutung. Es werden erste Ergebnisse des Modelles vorgestellt.

Summary

A mathematical model of the circulatory system is outlined, including the pulsatation of the real biological system. The model is based on a nonpulsatile model, a so called average model. A pulsatile model is of importance studying the haemodynamic influence which occur with a total artificial heart or at different heart support systems (lef tventrikular-, rightventricular and biventricular bypass-systems), Moreover a pulsatile model ist proper to use in the research fields of physiology, sports-physiology and clinical applications. First result obtained by simulation with the model should be presented.
