Die Ausnutzung der Simulationstechnik zur Untersuchung und die Steuerung der Zuverlässigkeit von Produktionsprozessen im Bauwesen

Zusammenfassung

Die Ausdehnung des Begriffs der Zuverlässigkeit eines Produktions-systems, die Annahme der Verteilung einer richtigen Arbeit dieses Systems als eines Zuverlässigkeitsmaßes und die Anwendung eines Ziffernsimulators gab die Grundlage zur Erarbeitung der Methode der Erforschung der Produktionsprozesse. Dabei wurde das Prinzip der Dekomposition und der Synthese von Zuverlässigkeitsstrukturen benutzt. Es wurden Ergebnisse der Experimente an der so genannten Systemsträgheit besprochen. Innerhalb des Problems der Zuverlässigkeitssteuerung wurde die heuristische Regel benutzt.

Summary

Elargement of notion of production system reliability, adoption of the distribution of the correct work of the system as a measure of reliability and application of the digital simulator have given the basis for determination of the investigation method of the production processes. At the same time, the rules of the decomposition and the synthesis of the reliability structure have been used. The results of the experiments with so-called system-inertia are given. Heuristic rule has been applied in the problem of reliability control.
