Zusammenfassung
Derzeit herrscht ein allgemeines großes Interesse an der Bewertung von Bildverarbeitungsverfahren. In den letzten 20 Jahren wurde weltweit eine Vielzahl von Verfahren erarbeitet und es kommen immer neue dazu. Bei der Lösung eines konkreten Bildverarbeitungsproblems stellen sich daher oft die Prägen, welches Verfahren für eine vorgegebene Aufgabenstellung am besten geeignet ist und wie man Bildverarbeitungsverfahren beurteilen könnte.
Für den Spezialfall der konturorientierten Segmentierungsverfahren wird ein Lösungsansatz für dieses Problem vorgestellt. Das System FuzzySOLUTION ist in der Lage Bildverarbeitungsverfahren aufgrund einer vorgegebenen Aufgabenstellung zu konfigurieren, deren freie Parameter zu adaptieren und anschließend die einzelnen Verfahren hochsprachlich zu bewerten.
Die Entwicklung von SOLUTION wurde unterstützt durch die Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft. Besonderer Dank geht an das National Research Council of Canada und insbesondere an R.A. Orchard für die Entwicklung und Zurverfügungstellung von FuzzyCLIPS, in dem ein wesentlicher Teil von FuzzySOLUTION realisiert ist.
