Konzept eines Filing and Retrieval Services für die Ablage von Dokumenten in Bürokommunikationssystemen

Zusammenfassung

Die Entwicklungen in der Datenverarbeitung konzentrieren sich seit einiger Zeit verstärkt auf die Anwender in der Bürowelt, um die Arbeit im Büro durch Automatisierung zu erleichtern. Die Anwender sollen aber ihre vom manuellen Büro her gewohnte Arbeitsweise soweit wie möglich beibehalten können. Die Systeme sollen untereinander integrierbar und von verschiedenen Dialogstationen aus gleichermaßen benutzbar sein. Eine zentrale Bedeutung hat das elektronische Ablegen (Filing) und Wiederauffinden (Retrieval) von erzeugten und empfangenen Dokumenten. Im vorliegenden Papier wird ein ‘Document Filing and Retrieval Service’ (DFR) beschrieben, der diese Anforderungen erfüllen kann. Dieser Service ist Bestandteil der Siemens-Netzarchitektur für Büro-Automatisierung (SBA).

Abstract

Developments in data processing in the last several years are focusing on users in the office environment to make the working process in the office easier by automation. But as far as possible users should be able to continue with their working method as they are accustomed in the manual official should be possible to mutually integrate systems and to interact with them by any workstation. Great importance in this area has Filing and Retrieval of created or received documents. This paper contains a description of a ‘Document Filing and Retrieval Service’ (DFR) that could satisfy these requirements. This service is part of the Siemens Network Architecture for Office Automation (SBA).
