Zusammenfassung
Modellbildung und Simulation biologischer Systeme haben in den letzten Jahren an Bedeutung gewonnen. Dabei kommt der Gruppe der Kompartmentmodelle insofern ein besonderer Stellenwert zu, da sie auf einfache Art und Weise der Systemanalyse zugänglich sind, was am Beispiel der Insulinantwort und für volatile Anästhetika gezeigt wird .
Summary
Modeling and simulation of biological systems had increased their Importance during the past few years. Compartment models are proper to use because they allow an easy systems analysis approach, which will be shown for the case studies of insulin and anesthesia drugs.
