Zusammenfassung

Die Systementwicklungsmethode Jackson System Development (JSD) dient zur Spezifikation von Systemen in Form kommunizierender sequentieller Prozesse sowie der Implementierung derartiger Systeme. Ausgangsbasis für die eigentliche Systemspezifikation ist dabei ein Modell des systemrelevanten Realitätsausschnitts. Die Beschreibung dieses Modells ist der erste Schritt der Systementwicklung nach JSD.

Summary

Jackson System Development (JSD) ist a method for the specification of systems in terms of communicating/cooperating sequential processes (CSP). It also tackles the implementation of such systems. As a basis for the specification task, a real world model is used, which is developed at the begin of a JSD project.
