Dieser Vortrag stellt Erfahrungen mit der Einführung neuer Arbeitsformen in der Softwareentwicklung dar. Ich hoffe, mit diesem Vortrag einen Beitrag zu leisten, der es dem Leser ermöglicht, Fallgruben zu vermeiden, in die man geraten kann, wenn man allzu enthusiastisch neue Methoden einführt.
